For those of you ELF who want to follow this fanign event, the following terms and conditions:
Date and Time: November 16, 2017 16:00 PM
Location: S-PLEX Center 3F Multi-purpose Hall (Mapo-gu Mabongsan Road 31)
Registration is open from 11/9 until 11/11 18:00 evening
Only 100 winners can participate, and after 11:00 - 20:00 PM,
Winners will be announced in the DMC music community
