Dihadiri oleh sederet artis ternama dan idol group, 2017 Korea Drama Awards sukses buat aktor-aktris merasa terharu berkat penghargaan yang mereka raih. Dinilai berdasarkan para kritikus dan pengamat drama inilah daftar pemenang dari 2017 Korea Drama Awards:
